In addition to offering full-service junk removal, Papa Services also offers weekly, bi-weekly or monthly lawn maintenance service for residential and commercial properties. The basic service includes mowing the grass and blowing off all paved areas, such as sidewalks, driveways and patios. We leave the job site looking clean and pristine.
Additionally, we offer other services including: landscaping services, including hedge trimming, mulching flower beds, raking and bagging leaves, brush removal, and similar jobs. We’re happy to work with you on special projects, such as removing downed tree limbs or fences, as well as other special jobs. Call for details.

Lockouts & Lock Changes
All locks are keyed to specific codes to prevent unauthorized entry. Complete locksmith services are provided within 48 hours.
Winterization & De-Winterization Services
A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing and heating systems is done. Next, a non-toxic anti-freeze is added to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped, and a winterization notice is clearly posted. We are also available to de-winterize property, if requested.
Eviction Assistance
Arrangement made with the sheriff or bailiff to meet at the appointed time. Upon receiving the OK, personal property is moved to curb or storage unit as local law requires, and the property is secured as indicated.
Pool or Spa Drain
Drain and/or cover all in-ground and above-ground pools and spas. A padlock is added to pool gates.
Janitorial Maintenance Services
Interior cleaning of buildings and basic janitorial work.
Board Ups
Property is boarded up per FHA/HUD guidelines.
